Natasha Staples
Pilates Mat and Reformer Teacher
Natasha’s Pilates journey began as a young dancer at ballet school, where she first discovered the practice. After transitioning away from dance, she focused on running and other forms of fitness. Pilates came back into her life after she became a mother – it not only restored her physical health but also became a source of mental clarity and balance. Inspired by its transformative power, Natasha became passionate about helping others experience the same benefits. She completed her Mat Pilates qualification in 2022 and achieved her Reformer certification in 2024 both with HFE (Health & Fitness Education).
Natasha’s teaching focuses on creating moments of connection and discovery, she loves getting to know her clients on a personal level. “I love the lightbulb moment I see in people’s eyes when they make a connection to a muscle they didn’t know they had, or finally master an exercise. That’s when I love my job the most.”
Through her classes, Natasha aims to empower clients to embrace Pilates as not just an exercise, but a way of living and moving that can transform both body and mind.
Her favourite exercise is Toe Taps. On the surface they appear simple but are incredibly effective for building strength and awareness. “People often dismiss Toe Taps as easy, but to me, they’re one of the hardest exercises in the repertoire. If they don’t make you quake, you’re not doing them right!”.
