Gong Sound Journey 2pm

The resonant sound of the Gong or the Tibetan singing bowls symbolises the cosmic rotating force of the universe, also known as AUM or OM. The resonance of these instruments is created by layer upon layer of sound that blossoms into a ‘sound envelope’ around you, allowing you to enter a deep state of relaxation and a Theta brainwave state (deep meditation state). The vibrations move through the chakras, releasing stagnant energy in the physical, emotional and energetic bodies.  A way of healing.

Your journey is unique to you and it will differ every time. Whilst experiencing the sounds and frequencies you might enter a “dream world”, see colours, sink into a deep meditative state or just lie back and relax. You might even go to sleep.  Your experience might be physically, vibrationally, dreamily or spiritually. Some have described it as journeying to the core of their being. Whatever happens, it will be right for you on the day.

Often known as a “Sound Bath” because you are bathed in sound, a complex matrix of sound.

Many people attend Sound Journeys as a way of self healing and improving well-being.  This can take many forms. Some have found relief from acute conditions and pain, and for others the effect is on a more spiritual level.  Many have reported Gong Sound Journeys having a positive effect on their mental health.

No movement is required. Simply get comfortable, cosy and warm.  Lie down, relax and enjoy some “YOU” time.
